Lost or Stolen Cards

To Report Lost/Stolen ATM or Debit Cards:

During Business Hours:

Call your local branch or 1-866-638-0552.
M-Th 8:30 am – 5:00 pm; F 8:30 am – 6:00 pm

After Business Hours:

Option 1:

Go to your online banking account. Select “Option” and then select “ATM/Debit Card.” From there, mark the “Lost/Stolen” box next to the card you would like to report lost/stolen.
Note: You must contact your local branch during normal business hours to order a new ATM/Debit Card.

Option 2:

Sign into your mobile banking account and select the “Manage Cards” option. Using the arrow to the right of your card number, select “Report Lost/Stolen.”

Option 3:

Call 1-877-3-LITTLE (1-877-354-8853)
Note: You must contact your local branch during normal business hours to order a new ATM/Debit Card.

To Report Lost/Stolen Gift Cards:
